POLITICAL POSTHUMANISM

"Political Posthumanism" is a project that reflects ÇaÄŸdaÅŸ DedeoÄŸlu's ever-lasting exploration of posthumanizing politics and politicizing the posthuman. The first output of this project has been published in Citizenship Studies with the title "Posthuman Citizenship" (doi: 10.1080/13621025.2023.2271867). While exploring posthuman citizenship and its potential contributions to analyzing complex, intersectional struggles within the realm of citizenship, the paper introduces the concepts of "augmented political responsibility" and "posthuman deeds" as key aspects in this age of injustices.

ÇaÄŸdaÅŸ's monograph, Political Posthumanism, is currently under contract with Bloomsbury Academics and is expected to be published within the Posthumanism in Practice Book Series, thanks to the open access publication funding provided by Yorkville University.
